With Setup

Full setup service of the products on the day of your event (or before if venue allows), this includes all preparations, delivery & collection afterwards.

Without Setup

Customers are required to come and collect hired products from Divine Designs, iron any linen products, set up themselves & then deliver them back to us afterwards.

To Hire

Means the product is only available on a hire basis and cannot be kept by the customer. All hired materials remain the property of Divine Designs & must return to us after the event.

To Buy

Means the product is available for purchase to customers & is to be kept after the event.

What is a refundable/security deposit?

A refundable/security deposit is required on every order placed with Divine Designs and the amount paid depends on what products are booked to hire (please refer to the table above). The refundable/security deposit is refunded to the customer after the event providing there is no damage or loss to any hired materials. Any damage/loss is to be deducted from said amount.
